Landmines“Landmines” Spent too much time staring at my feet While everybody’s drum pounds to a different beat. I hear so many words Fired carelessly Avoiding the earshot Isnt so easy,

Because I feel, (Chorus) One more step just might do me in. Cross the lines over and over again. They all say its better on the other side. These Landmines wont stop me, not this time. These landmines wont stop me.

heh it reminds me alot of Magritte's "this is not a pipe". Not all art has to be illustrative or pictorial. Sometimes a phrase or the type itself can be considered art, as long as it evokes emotion and is meaningful to the viewer. Good stuff.

Indeed. You know I get so much inspiration from intellect-focused works such as that and Fountain. The brain's a great processor, why not allow it to render the art?

it is indeed.
I have an intership at a design company
Only been there for 5 days and they want me to do all of the designing for 2 weeks when their main designer is on a honeymoon. pretty crazy.

Wow, you must be pretty ace if they're putting that much trust in you.

Life's pretty sweet. I'm having birthday drinks on Saturday, and am catching up with old friends. I found an adorable young rat at the SPCA, and am hoping to adopt him soon.
